As a passenger, it is essential for you to understand the cancellation policy of Govoygo, as you may find it necessary to cancel your flights for unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel your flight in the event of unavoidable changes or operational adjustments, such as adverse weather conditions, fuel emergencies, or various other factors. As a user, it is imperative that you read and thoroughly review our policies to be fully informed about our cancellation and refund procedures. Below are the details of our policy; please review them carefully.
• All bookings made through Govoygo are subject to the cancellation policies enforced by the airlines.
• Cancellation fees may differ based on the type of flight and booking class.
• For cancellation charges, Govoygo imposes a fee of 500rs for both domestic and international flight tickets.
• The charges associated with EMTC insurance are non-refundable.
• Certain bookings are non-refundable in accordance with airline guidelines.
• As Per the airline's policies, some bookings cannot be partially canceled.
• Taxes and convenience fees are always non-refundable.
• Customers have the option to cancel their bookings online or offline by accessing the My Booking section directly or by contacting Govoygo via email for cancellation.
• Govoygo is available to assist you with your inquiries and facilitate any changes related to your bookings.
• Alteration charges are applied based on the airline's regulations, which may vary by flight and booking class.
• If you cancel your booking within 24 hours, no charges will be incurred. However, certain bookings may be non-refundable as per the airline’s policies.
In the event of a no-show, the refund amount is determined by the airline's policy. To obtain a valid refund, customers must reach out to the airline directly. Refund requests can be made within 90 days from the travel date for both flight and hotel reservations. No refunds will be issued if the request is made after the 90-day period following the travel date for no-show or unused bookings. The processing of cancellation refunds occurs within 7 business days after the request is submitted. If the cancellation is made directly through the airline, the refund will be processed after deducting the airline's fees as well as Govoygos service charges.
Holiday Cancellation Charges:
If cancellation occurs within 6-8 days prior to the tour departure, the full tour cost will be incurred as a charge.
• For cancellations made 9-15 days before departure, a fee of 75% of the tour cost will apply.
• Should cancellation take place 30 days before the departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• In the event of cancellation 60 days prior to departure, a charge of 25% of the tour cost will be applied.
• If cancellation is made within 90 days of departure, a fee of 5% of the tour cost will be charged.
Refund Policy:
• Refunds will be processed by Govoygo solely after the cancellation request has been received from either the customer or the travel agent via my bookings section of Govoygo or through email.
• Upon receipt of the refund amount from the airlines, the cancellation refund will be credited directly to the customer's chosen payment method.
• The refund will be processed within 72 hours of the request being received.
• Although the credit of the refund takes 72 hours, it may take up to 7 business days in the case of net banking.
• The wallet amount utilized for the transaction will not be transferred to the bank; however, it can be used for future bookings with us.
• Please be aware that the convenience fees or processing fees charged by Govoygo are non-refundable.
